We can undertake "health checks" and internal due diligence for established managers, to benchmark current operations against best or developing practice and to advise on enhancements.
Also, we often help with specific projects such as “spin outs” of fund managers from parent institutions, setting up UK operations of overseas companies, and takeovers and mergers of investment companies.
And, in some cases it may even be appropriate for us to provide a non-executive CFO/COO function, delivering "sounding-board" advice on developing a client’s business platform and helping implement new or updated infrastructure.
