Andrew joined HedgeStart in 2005 as the Management Accountant for client accounts and since joining he has developed and managed the HedgeStart accounting team.
 
For four years prior to HedgeStart, Andrew worked in a small team of accountants at Malabar Capital, a global long-only fund with around $1.5 billion under management. Andrew worked on both company and fund accounts and was responsible for FX hedging.
 
Before joining Malabar, he spent five years as an accountant and compliance officer for Norwegian stock broker Orkla Securities. Prior to that he was an accountant and stock broker Inverlat International for three years, and cocoa and commodity broker JH Rayner for two years. Before JH Rayner, Andrew was chief accountant at life and commodity broker Bailey Shatkin.
 
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers and Lybrand, where he spent the first six years of his working life after graduation from the London School of Economics.
